Whats Really in Your Food

In Eric Schlosser’s Book Fast Food Nation, he writes about the hidden dangers that lurk inside meat. Around the early 1990s large quantities of meat were tainted with a dangerous Pathogen named E.coli, due to this many manufactures tried to recall the meat but were unable to and consequently it ended up being served to unsuspecting customers. In 1992 a girl named Lauren Beth Rudolph went to a Jack in the Box restaurant and unknowingly ate a tainted hamburger. Her parents took her to the hospital where she endured much pain and suffered three fatal heart attacks. She eventually died in her mother’s arms a few days later.

  1. This is a great post. Perhaps in the future you could add one or two sentences explaining what you think this example means, or why it's important.

PLEASE be sure to write regularly from now on.
